Het enige verschil is het medium waar ze in staan.
Als je hydro kweekt kun je spoelen door er een paar liter water door te gooien. (dat noemen we eigenlijk flushen)
Als je dat op aarde doet, dan staan je plantjes 2 dagen veel te nat en kun je alsnog je hele oogst verknoeien.
Spoelen op aarde = de laatste 2 weken gewoon water geven maar zonder voeding.
That's it.
Geen liters water in de aarde mikken, dan krijg je blubber, verstikken de wortels, loopt de LV op en nodig je alle schimmels uit de buurt uit om eens te komen kijken.
Wanneer zijn die laatste 2 weken dan precies...
Tja..als je dat voor elke soort weet ben je de kweekmaster..haha dat verschilt per soortje.
Ik stop met voeding toevoegen als de trichomen 60/40 wit/clear zijn.
Meestal moeten ze dan nog wel een weekje of twee.
Maar ik zit er ook wel eens naast. Ik heb soortjes gehad die er nog 5 weken over deden voor het oogsttijd was.
Mgoed, ik heb dit al in tientallen topics verteld.
Blijkbaar blijft herhaling nodig.
Als je op diverse sites diverse antwoorden krijgt, zal je hier waarschijnlijk ook geen eensgezind antwoord krijgen. -

Op Coco's als medium ga ik nog geheel anders te werk: ik hanteer sowieso ook de trichomen check net als q beschreef om de moment uit te maken wanneer mijn flushen gaat gebeuren.
Eenmaal op dat punt gekomen neem ik water met een ph van 6 gooi hier per liter water 2ml enzymen bij (want ik wil mijn coco's hergebruiken) voor een pot van 7l gebruik ik 5 l die ik er rustig bijgiet mooi zoals ik ze zou wateren normaal gezien komt er wel een mooie 3l weer vanonder uit de pot.
Dit is op dag 1 de komende 13 dagen geef ik gewoon elke dag gecorrigeerd water van bovenaf tot er weer een klein beetje water onderaan mijn pot uitkomt...Probeer gelukkig te zijn met wat je hebt, ook al is dat niet veel!

ik denk dat het toch wel belangrijk is om tijdens de kweek eens te spoelen omdat vanaf er voeding wordt toegedient hetzij nu groei of bloeivoeding er zich zouten opstapelen in het medium rondom de wortels vd plant wat dan resulteert in een slechter werkende plant met bijkomende gevolgen vandien en mindere oogst....

In earth, salts build up at a slower pace than in hydroponics, but it is also more difficult to wash them away. Once the fertilization program is under way, it will take 3 to 4 weeks for salts to start building up, and another week before it can do any harm to the plants. Therefore, it is advisable to start flushing plants that are growing in earth around week 5-6 of the cycle.
When flushing, it is important to avoid over-watering; this means that the flushing should be integrated in the watering cycles. Before the flush the medium should be fairly dry, and after flushing it is very important to let the medium become dry and light before feeding or watering. The dry-wet-dry-wet cycle in the earth (sponge-effect) is what maintain the plant metabolism at optimal levels. For plants growing in soil, the flush is very important at the end of the crop, during the last 2 weeks before harvest. If properly flushed, plants will produce tastier buds, and the combustion factor of the dried material will improve. If plants are not flushed properly, combustion is slower and the flavor poor, and artificial.

The purpose of flushing is to wash the medium, and as a consequence a lot of water flows through the containers down to the ground, and it is very important to drain away excess water from the growroom, so the climate stays good (too much water in the room will cause air humidity to climb fast, creating all sorts of issues). Mistergreen, van mij mag je je post even aanpassen want ik kan dat niet lezen allemaal.
Tussendoor "spoelen" is normaal gesproken niet nodig.
Als je niet zomaar blind een schema volgt, maar naar de plant kijkt zou er weinig moeten opstapelen.
Het is ook sterk afhankelijk van welke voeding je gebruikt, en of je de complete lijn wel geeft of zomaar wat doet.Comment

ik gebruik nu sowieso de laatste weken aptus enzyme+ dus spoelen tussendoor is niet nodig ...

ik heb dus gisteren gespoeld zoals ik altijd doe en zoals in het vermelde artikel en nog nooit problemen gehad,wel altijd dikke oogst.
vorig jaar van 2 planten in 26liter potten had ik 2 droogrekken vol met dikke toppen.
enkel met de planten gewoon water te geven,krijg nooit ofte nooit al uw voeding uit uw aarde en uit uw plant door gewoonweg de laatste 10 of 12 of 14 dagen water te geven.
je moet de opgehoopte voedingresten eerst wegspoelen tot er gewoon puur mooi water vanonder uit komt.
zodanig dat de plant zijn voedingsresten uit zijn bladeren gebruikt.
ik heb mijn 19liter potten gespoeld met 20liter water ph6.0Comment

ik geloof wel dat dit bovenstaande filmpje wat ondervoedde planten heeft, gelijk heeft hij misschien over de smaak maar qua kwaliteit van plant zit hij volgensmij wel onder de maat als ik kijk naar de bleke bladeren, ik persoonlijk denk dat vele scroggers hier op dit forum betere wiet produceren, zijn topjes zien er ook een beetje zwak en fluffy uit.Comment

ja volgens mij is die gast gwn iets aant proberen om dan de goeie stafmaat in te vinden en zo zijn techniek te verbeteren en op punt te stellen...whatever
...mijn planten staan veel beter met dikkere buds
