You can visit Amsterdam till 1st of January 2013. From then every province in the Netherlands will ban tourists in coffeeshops.
At the moment you can't visit any coffeeshops in Zeeland, Noord-Brabant en Zuid-Limburg.

Nijmegen is in the province of Gelderland.

The 'wietpas' is required in coffeeshops in Zeeland, Noord-Brabant and Limburg.
